Our MOQ is 500 pieces per style per color for OEM orders, and 300 pieces for ODM orders. For existing ready-made designs, smaller quantities may be negotiable. We also offer sample orders for quality verification before bulk production.
Sample lead time is typically 7-15 days depending on design complexity. For simple style modifications on existing patterns, we can deliver samples within 7 days with expedited service. Sample cost can be deducted from bulk order.
Production lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. For orders exceeding 50,000 pieces, please allow additional time. We provide production updates every 3-5 days with photos and videos.
Yes, we arrange worldwide shipping via sea freight (cost-effective for bulk orders) or air freight (faster delivery). We work with reliable freight forwarders and can handle customs documentation. Shipping cost is quoted based on final order volume and destination.
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C at sight, and PayPal (for sample orders). For first-time clients, we typically require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Established partners may qualify for better payment terms.
Absolutely! Our ODM service includes custom design development, fabric selection, wash treatments, and branding options (logo labels, hang tags, packaging). We also provide trademark protection documentation for your brand.
